On my way to the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art I followed the armored truck in the middle slowly rolling down the promenade. Smaller truck with police markings is on the left, truck with a water cannon is parked to the right. You can see several more police vehicles in evidence. I have no idea why these are here.
