The charter proposed by the White House does not mention the Palestinian territory.<\/p>\n<p>Pressed on whether the UK would join the \u201dboard of peace\u201d, Cooper told BBC Breakfast that Britain \u201cwon\u2019t be one of the signatories\u201d on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a huge amount of work to do.
