Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Snowden has given public speeches on intelligence-related matters, also in violation of his non-disclosure agreements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The United States\u2019 lawsuit does not seek to stop or restrict the publication or distribution of\u00a0<i>Permanent Record<\/i>. Rather, under well-established Supreme Court precedent,\u00a0<i>Snepp v.
